1. Poses or promotes risk of physical, mental, emotional harm, death, disability, or disfigurement to any person or animal;
2. Promotes risk of harm, loss, or property damage;
3. Seeks to harm or exploit children;
4. Is harassing, abusive, racially/ethnically offensive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, libelous, or threatening;
5. Incites or promotes discrimination on grounds including race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, or national origin;
6. Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material or links to such content;
7. Involves the sale or promotion of illegal activities, products, or services;
8. Is fraudulent or promotes fraudulent activities;
9. Violates the rights of any person or third party, including intellectual property and data privacy rights;
10. Includes information or content unlawfully available or restricted by confidentiality, contractual, or fiduciary obligations;
11. Spreads false, deceptive, or misleading information or otherwise facilitates disinformation;
12. Violates any applicable law or endorses illegal activities;
13. Undermines or threatens democratic processes or institutions.
Compliance with these restrictions is mandatory, and failure to adhere to them may result in the suspension or termination of Service access.
AI Policy:
These terms apply to your use of AI-powered products and tools within Zanopy including, but not limited to, ChatGPT 4.0 for Research Suite and Landing Suite for creation of content, Google API in Research Suite to fetch data of ads run, Ads Library of Facebook/ Insta / Pinterest In Research Suite For Facebook/ Instagram and Pinterest and ……….. For Creation of the images using AI. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time.
Users are strictly advised to exercise responsibility and integrity when utilizing AI Products, refraining from creating any harmful content. Any use of AI Products that contravenes these terms or Zanopy's Acceptable Use Policy will not be tolerated. Zanopy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these guidelines
In addition to the matters listed in our Acceptable Use Policy it is prohibited to use AI Products to:
• Mislead others by presenting AI-generated content as human-produced;
• Offer medical advice or content related to disease treatment, prevention, diagnosis, or transmission;
• Provide legal or financial advice;
• Create contracts or any form of legally binding obligations;
• Generate or distribute political content, including material intended for electoral campaigns;
• Produce source code;
• Develop or propagate spam, ransomware, keyloggers, viruses, or other forms of harmful software;
• Generate content containing nudity, obscene gestures, bodily fluids, or other profane material;
• Create or disseminate information intended for use in legal proceedings or the administration of justice;
• Engage in fully-automated decision-making processes.
• Failure to comply with these restrictions may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the user's account.
Legal noticeYou are fully responsible for any content you input, including text, images, or other media, as well as the resulting content generated by AI Products, such as images or text (collectively referred to as "Output"). It is your obligation to ensure that both your Input and Output adhere to these terms and Zanopy’s Acceptable Use Policy before using or distributing any content. You agree not to include any sensitive personal data—such as information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health information, or data regarding sex life or sexual orientation—in any Input to AI Products.
Between you and Zanopy, and to the extent allowed by law and under the terms governing your use of Zanopy, you retain ownership of your Input and Output and authorize Zanopy to host and utilize your Input and Output on our platform. Zanopy makes no copyright ownership claims over your Input or Output.
You may use your Output for any legal purpose, provided that you comply with these terms and that you accept that any such use is at your own risk. When using Output in your Zanopy designs, we ask that you let viewers of your designs know that the content is AI-generated.
In the event that any of your Input or Output is alleged to be unlawful or otherwise in breach of these terms, you acknowledge that Zanopy may disclose such content to law enforcement or other governmental authorities, or in response to a court order. Zanopy may impose limits on the number of Outputs you can create with AI Products. You will be notified when you have reached the maximum number of Outputs for your account. Some AI Products are not available in all languages.
Sharing & publication policy
Social media, livestreaming and demonstrations
• You may generally share your own prompts and content on social media, as well as live-stream or demonstrate AI Products to others, provided that you:
• Carefully review each Output before sharing or during streaming;
• Attribute the content to either your name or your company;
• Clearly indicate that the content is AI-generated in a manner that is unmistakable to any viewer;
• Refrain from sharing any content that violates these terms or could reasonably be deemed offensive (including when fulfilling audience requests for prompts).
• Compliance with these guidelines is required to avoid potential misuse and ensure responsible engagement.
Content co-authored with AI Products
You may publish first-party written content created in part with AI Products under the following conditions:
• The published content is attributed to your name or company;
• The role of AI in formulating the content is clearly disclosed in a way that no reader could possibly miss, and that a typical reader would find sufficiently easy to understand;
• The content does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy or these terms and any other law;
• You refrain from sharing outputs that may offend others.
For instance, you must detail in a foreword or introduction (or someplace similar) the relative roles of drafting, editing, etc between you and the AI Products. You should not represent AI-generated content as being wholly generated by you, and you must take ultimate responsibility for the content being published.
Disclaimer
The Output generated by AI Products is produced by artificial intelligence and has not been verified for accuracy by Zanopy, nor does it reflect Zanopy’s views. Zanopy disclaims any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Output and assumes no liability for any consequences arising from its use, including any omissions or errors within the Output. Users are strongly advised to seek professional and independent advice before acting on any information within the Output or relying on its accuracy.
Technology partners
Zanopy utilizes technology provided by third-party service providers to deliver certain AI Products. By using these AI Products, you acknowledge that any Input you provide—including any personal data you choose to include—may be shared with third-party providers engaged to enable functionality within the Service. You hereby direct and consent to the transfer of any personal data included in an Input to these third parties, including OpenAI, LLC. in the United States, where data protection levels may differ based on your residence.Depending on your Privacy Settings, Zanopy may also share your data with selected third-party providers to enhance functionality within the Service. These providers may use the data you include in your Input to improve their services. Beta Version
Beta Features: Zanopy’s features and functions available to you are “Beta Version””). Although Zanopy will strive to provide support services for the Beta Version, you acknowledge and understand that Beta Version is in a development and testing stage and that
(i) Beta Features and any functionality arising from such Beta Features may change or be discontinued, at any time, without prior notice to you;
(ii) Beta Features may not function properly and/or without interruption and Zanopy has no obligation to correct any defects related to the Beta Features;
(iii) Zanopy’s service level commitments do not apply to your use of the Beta Features;
(iv) Zanopy is not responsible for any issues or disruptions related to your use of the Beta Features, including such issues that disrupt your access and use of the Services;
(v) your sole remedy for any issues or disruptions arising from the Beta Features is to stop using the Beta Features; and
(vi) Zanopy makes no representations or warranties, whether oral or written, regarding the Beta Features.
